Terms and conditions of use
- Vouchers are valid until the expiry date stated on it .
- Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed at practices of Wytes.
- The voucher must be presented at the time of booking or payment.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual named, if applicable.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other monetary alternatives.
- Only one voucher can be used per transaction unless otherwise specified.
- Treatments are subject to availability, and appointments must be booked in advance.
- Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments must comply with the clinic’s cancellation policy.
- Consultation is required to determine eligibility of treatment.
- Vouchers cannot be used for treatments deemed unsuitable following consultation.
- Vouchers may not be used for certain treatments, unless specified.
- Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or offers unless explicitly stated.
- The clinic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers, and replacements will not be issued.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Refunds for treatments booked with a voucher are subject to the clinic’s standard refund policy.
- The practice reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Use of the voucher accounts acceptance of these terms and conditions.
