WHAT IS ROOT CANAL TREATMENT?
The root canal consists of blood vessels and nerves extending to the bottom of the root of the tooth.
If a tooth becomes badly decayed, bacteria can infect and damage this area. In some cases, the tooth will become darker, which could mean the tooth’s nerve is dying.
Root canal treatment deals with the infection and, for most patients, saves teeth that would otherwise need to be taken out.

Second appointment
We’ll fill and seal the tooth. For some patients, it’s best to fit a crown
